Question 1

What is KelliAI?

Accepted Answer

KelliAI is the AI operating system for modern aesthetic and concierge practices — medspas, plastic surgery, concierge medicine, IV therapy lounges, and peptide optimization clinics. One unified platform combines EMR-lite charting, CRM, AI front desk, smart calendar, iPad intake, a provider-reviewed clinical documentation assistant, memberships, and checkout — all controlled in real time.

Question 2

How is KelliAI different from a chatbot or generic CRM?

Accepted Answer

KelliAI is not a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It is a single operating system where EMR, CRM, and AI live in the same data model. The AI front desk books, the smart calendar reconciles, the scribe drafts provider-reviewed notes, campaigns run themselves, and memberships and checkout close the loop — all on one platform built specifically for aesthetics and concierge medicine.

Question 3

What types of practices is KelliAI designed for?

Accepted Answer

KelliAI is purpose-built for medspas, plastic surgery practices, concierge medicine clinics, IV therapy lounges, peptide and hormone optimization clinics, and multi-location aesthetic brands. It understands treatments like neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing, body contouring, IV hydration, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization.

Question 4

Does KelliAI replace my front desk staff?

Accepted Answer

No. KelliAI augments your team by handling repetitive inquiries, after-hours messages, missed-call follow-up, and patient reactivation automatically. This frees your front desk to focus on in-clinic patient care while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Question 5

How does the implementation process work?

Accepted Answer

Founding clinics receive white-glove onboarding. We start with a workflow audit to map your patient journey, then configure your AI front desk scripts, smart calendar rules, intake forms, scribe templates, campaigns, memberships, and checkout. Then we launch, train your team, and optimize together — all done for you.

Question 6

What does KelliAI cost?

Accepted Answer

Founding-clinic pricing is offered to a limited number of early partners and is locked in for the life of the account. Standard pricing reflects implementation, ongoing optimization, and platform access. Multi-location pricing is available on request — book a demo to see current pricing.

Question 7

Does KelliAI handle memberships and checkout?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Memberships and checkout are native to the platform, not an add-on. You can build membership tiers, run recurring billing, sell packages, take payments at checkout, and tie all of it back to patient records in the EMR-lite layer — so revenue, charting, and patient history stay in one place.

Question 8

How does the AI clinical documentation assistant work?

Accepted Answer

KelliAIScribe drafts clinical notes from the visit so providers can spend less time charting and more time with patients. Every draft is provider-reviewed and provider-approved before it becomes part of the record — KelliAI is a clinical documentation assistant, not a replacement for licensed clinical judgment.

Question 9

How does KelliAI handle patient privacy?

Accepted Answer

KelliAI is designed with healthcare privacy in mind. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is built around the kinds of safeguards modern aesthetic, concierge, and plastics practices expect. KelliAI is not a certified EHR and does not replace licensed clinical judgment; clinical documentation, communications, and campaigns require human review and approval, and certain features may depend on third-party setup and your practice's compliance review.

Question 10

How quickly can I get started?

Accepted Answer

Most practices are fully set up and live within 2–3 weeks. Our team handles the entire implementation — from auditing your patient journey to configuring workflows and launching your AI operating system.

You hire an AI workforce that helps run your practice.
